  1. Investree acts solely as a marketplace/Crowdfunding platform that facilitates access to funds for Issuer of securities and in providing approved Investors with access to such debt crowdfunding notes . Investree acts as intermediary of information between Issuer and Investor in accordance with its policy and at its sole discretion.

  2. Investree does not provide any investment advice, financial advice, nor does it make any recommendations, to the Issuer or Investor.

  3. Investree does not warrant or guarantee the matching between Issuer and Investor, or the repayment from the Issuer to the Investor for the security, and Investree has no liability or responsibility for the security available on the Crowdfunding Platform.

  4. The offering of the security and matching process are done via the Crowdfunding Platform. All agreements and documents will be signed and executed by each party offline.

  5. Security agreements and contractual agreements related to the transaction on the Crowdfunding Platform are civil agreements directly between the Investor and the Issuer, therefore any risks arising from such agreements shall be fully borne by each party.

  6. Any credit risks or default in payment shall be fully borne by the Investor. Neither Investree, government institution or state authorities are liable for any risks of default.

  7. The Administrator of the Crowdfunding Platform with the approval from each User (Investor and Issuer) will access, obtain, store, manage and/or use The User’s personal data (“Data Utilization”) on or within the object, electronic devices (including smartphone or cellphone), hardware and software, electronic documents, or electronic system owned by The User or controlled by The User, by notifying the objective, limitation and mechanism of such Data Utilization to the relevant User before acquiring the consent as mentioned.

  8. The Investor who does not have adequate knowledge and experiences in investing in short-term notes , is not recommended to use the Crowdfunding Platform service.

  9. he Issuer must consider whether they are financially capable in repaying the interest rate and fees related to the issuance of for the security prior to using the service.

  10. Any frauds shall be recorded.

  11. The User must read and understand the information provided, related Legal and Regulatory notifications, and other Terms and Conditions before taking any decisions to become an Investor or Issuer of security.
